Directors Financial Management Administrative Staff
Our team continues to grow in line with the growing demand for the company's services.
Strata Care Australia has a policy of matching resources to the needs of individual clients. We do not take on the administration of a scheme until we are confident we have all the appropriate resources in place. A nominated body corporate manager would provide you with a point of contact, and have the support systems and resources to service your business from day one.
Here we introduce our people to indicate the depth of our team's experience and expertise (and to put faces to the names of people who would be helping to administer affairs of body corporate).
Michael Hurley is a Practitioner Member of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland, and was appointed to the Board of the CTIQ in 2005.
He has administered strata and community title schemes in Queensland since 1991 when he and Marie Hurley purchased Strata Title Management Pty Ltd. Michael has been Managing Director of Strata Care Australia since it was formed in 1999.
His experience in administering schemes over the past decade-and-a-half coincides with the remarkable expansion in the number and variety of schemes in southeast Queensland.
Michael is a qualified Body Corporate Administrator (Certificate IV) and holds a science degree and management qualifications. Working in Asia in the 1980s, Michael gained an international perspective on business management in the roles of regional manager and country manager with a major petrochemical company.
His experience in the management of community title schemes in Queensland is acknowledged by his appointment to the Board of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland.
