Strata Care Australia was formed in 1999 with the merging of three specialist companies that shared decades of experience administering multiple-owner properties.
Strata Care Australia maintains the professional standards required to hold a Practicing Certificate from the Community Titles Institute of Institute of Queensland and Membership of the National Community Titles Institute.
Our managerial and account service people hold Body Corporate and Community Title Management qualifications and current memberships of relevant professional institutes.
Sharing a common asset, owners also share common funds and liabilities. Even though many owners might not participate in body corporate activities, all are legally entitled to presume that their interests are respected by their committee and other participants in body corporate affairs.
Strata Care Australia offers body corporate owners secure, 24-hour online access to their affairs. Using password identification, authorised members of a scheme will be able to log in to StrataMax and view relevant aspects of their lot.
Strata Care Australia's capacity to meet the stewardship requirements of Community Title Schemes (bodies corporate) is underwritten by relevant and current insurance policies: public liability, professional indemnity, work cover, and fidelity insurance.
